POT (Profit On Turnover)
Profit on Turnover (POT) is an indicator on how successful each tipper is on a per tip basis. When placing a bet, that is considered ‘Turnover’, Profit On Turnover is the Profit a Titan has shown on the Turnover of every bet. For example, if a Titan has sent 10 single unit bets, all priced at $2, and won 6 of those, he has returned 12 units (2 units profit) from an outlay of 10 units, thus POT is 20%. In this case for every unit wagered, we can expect to see 1.2 returned. The unique advantage of investing in sport is that matches conclude in just a couple of hours, races in a matter of seconds, turnover happens fast and compounding occurs.
ROI (Return On Investment / Return On Bankroll)
Return on Investment (ROI) is the totalised returns you’ve earned on your Bankroll. It is the result of compounded POT. On Tip Titans we consider your Bankroll as your Investment, not one wager, as we take a strategic staking approach. This systemised approach allows members to maximise returns by raising their sizing as the Bankroll grows. For example, if you have a $15,000 Bankroll from a $10,000 starting Bankroll, your ROI is 50%.
Returns
Tracking Profit/Loss across multiple apps and services can be a time-consuming task. If you place bets with other services or in your own free time, this can take away from the actual returns Tip Titans provides you. The Returns metric indicates your total ($) returned for you, based on your unit sizes set in your strategy & Titans in your team. This is your totalised Profit/Loss Metric.
